Outsourced Accounting Services (OAS) Experienced Staff or Senior
- 30 hours/week up to full-time will be considered
- Bookkeeper with 3+ years of experience; public accounting firm experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage and work on multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/QB Online required and QB ProAdvisor certification is strongly preferred
- Experience with Bill.com and Thomson Reuters SC is a plus.
- Proficiency in both accrual-based and cash-based accounting is required
- High-degree of accuracy, timeliness and dependability
- Undergraduate degree, accounting or related business degree preferred
- Experience with a cloud-based work environment and competency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and use of internet resources
- Availability and desire to work an in-office or hybrid (home/office) schedule with commitment to the firm culture and team development
