The Operations Coordinator will:
Support the CPP team with organization, scheduling, and events.
Help coordinate community programs, meetings, and communications.
Use digital tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Airtable (training can be provided).
Work both virtually and in-person on the Columbia Pike corridor (at least 3 days a week), including some evening or weekend events.
Who Should Apply?
Anyone with at least 1 year of experience in administration, nonprofit work, or community programs.
Strong organizers, communicators, and those who enjoy supporting events and community projects.
Amharic and Spanish speakers are especially encouraged to apply!
