Role Description
This is an on-site Esthetician position located in Arlington, VA. The Esthetician will be responsible for providing customized skincare treatments and services tailored to each guest’s individual needs and goals.
Responsibilities include performing facials, skincare consultations, hair removal services, recommending home-care products, maintaining treatment rooms and sanitation standards, and delivering a luxury-level guest experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is professional, knowledgeable, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about skincare, wellness, and client retention.
Qualifications
• Valid Virginia Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Prior experience in a spa or luxury wellness environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and hair removal services
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships and drive retention
• Comfortable recommending and selling retail products and services
• Professional appearance and hospitality-focused mindset
• Team-oriented attitude with a passion for wellness and self-care
