We are currently seeking an experienced Massage Therapist who is passionate about wellness, recovery, and delivering exceptional service in a high-end spa environment.

Role Description

This is an on-site Massage Therapist position located in Arlington, VA. The Massage Therapist will be responsible for providing customized massage treatments tailored to each guest’s needs while creating a relaxing, professional, and personalized spa experience.

Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, performing various massage modalities, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, recommending wellness services or enhancements, and helping foster a calm and welcoming environment for all guests.

The ideal candidate is experienced, client-focused, professional, and passionate about helping clients feel their best through recovery and therapeutic care.

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License
• Prior experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body recovery practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable recommending additional services or wellness enhancements
• Passion for wellness, recovery, and hospitality-driven service
